1. Scope These terms apply to all bookings of the holiday apartments at Kunst & Kulturresidenz. 2. Contract A binding contract is formed upon receipt of the booking confirmation from Kunst & Kulturresidenz. 3. Cancellation Policy Short stays (1–3 nights): – Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. – 100% of the total amount charged if cancelled less than 7 days before arrival. Medium stays (4–7 nights): – Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. – 50% of the total amount charged if cancelled between 14 and 7 days before arrival. – 100% of the total amount charged if cancelled less than 7 days before arrival. Long stays (8 nights or more): – Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. – 50% of the total amount charged if cancelled between 30 and 14 days before arrival. – 100% of the total amount charged if cancelled less than 14 days before arrival. 4. House Rules Guests agree to follow the house rules displayed in the apartment and on this website. 5. Liability Kunst & Kulturresidenz is not liable for damage or loss of guests' personal belongings during their stay. 6. Final Provisions German law applies. Any amendments must be made in writing.
