II – Résidence Artist 2nd Home is located on the second floor of our late Baroque half-timber house – with a special view: through the kitchen window you can see part of Celle Castle. Space for up to 7 guests in 3 bedrooms: – Bedroom 1: King size bed for 2, plus a cozy sleeping area with single bed behind a room divider – perfect for children. – Bedroom 2: Daybed with pull-out bed underneath – perfect for 2 people. – Bedroom 3: Two single beds that can be pushed together as a double bed on request. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub. The kitchen and living room face the quiet garden, the bedrooms face the street. The apartment is decorated with love – furniture and pieces from the 19th century to the present day tell the story of this house. From the very first day artists have felt at home here – actors from the Schloss Theater Celle, musicians and visiting artists have made this Résidence their home away from home. Guests are welcome to use our cultural center with piano to practice their parts. We are happy to welcome every guest – in a house full of history, art and warmth.

The apartment is fully private – the space is entirely yours. The kitchen and living room face the garden, the bedrooms face the street. Garden access available. The stairs are comfortable and not steep. No parking on site but available nearby. The Gröschner family personally welcomes guests at check-in. If the family is not present, the door is opened remotely via buzzer – you will receive clear instructions for collecting your keys upon arrival.

Celle is wonderful to explore on foot – most attractions are easily reachable by walking. For further trips: – Celle Train Station: 900 m on foot – Hannover Airport: 37 km (approx. 30 min by car)

The Kunst & Kulturresidenz is located in one of the most beautiful corners of Celle – just around the corner from the Schlosspark, surrounded by historic architecture and vibrant culture.
